Nope, simply a little thing that's still so old among all the stuff we've had upgraded, V3ed ship, new planets, new nebulae, engine trails are back, new warp effect, even new billboards themsevles, but this one is still here D:

Nope, simply a little thing that's still so old among all the stuff we've had upgraded, V3ed ship, new planets, new nebulae, engine trails are back, new warp effect, even new billboards themsevles, but this one is still here D:

(Actually, I heard the sign code was one of those things that never got commented in the original code)

Billboards were coded so long ago that nobody still working at CCP knows how they work any more and every time they try to fix them the butterfly effects break something completely unrelated but vital in the code.
