I've looked at Battleclinic and I am not sure I like the loadout of the best rated fitting for the Tornado. So, if anyone has lots of experience in the Tornado what is your suggestion for fitting one?

If you absolutely insist on using the same ship for both PvE and PvP then go with a shield buffer fit with a mix of nano, gyrostabs, and tracking enhancers in the lows, and an MWD.

The Nado isn't particularly good at PvE, it's more of a glass cannon PvP boat. I have tried it in PvE with an afterburner large shield booster and 800mms autos with 2 tracking rigs, it's pretty good if you take out the smaller stuff first.

It's a fragile ship, so just make it go as fast as you can to avoid being hit and than work from there. If you have to use that speed and keep your enimies at range so they can't hit you but you can hit them and slowly kill them one by one.
