Highs: Torp Launcher x 3 + Bomb Launcher + Covert ops cloak
Meds: 1MN MWD II + Tracking Disruptor + Sensor Dampener
Lows: Ballistic Control II + Co-Processor II x2
Rigs: Calefaction + Loading Accel

614 dps + bomb and good Ewar ability

Also, this is NOT intended as a SOLO build

Problem 1: You're paper thin.
Problem 2: The target will warp away.
Problem 3: You're too slow for bombing runs.

Is there a benefit to splitting into 2 different kinds of ewar? You're giving up a lot for it...

This is intended as a quick gank ship for black op drops, not a bombing run, and every other bomber will bring tackle and painters anyway, this is intended to keep our losses to a minimum. There's nothing that stops me from switching my modules to a standard bombing fit later.

EDIT:
Why does everyone think that a ship must be designed "for every scenario at all times." Fit for what you're doing at the moment.

You didn't tell us what you want to use the bomber for.

It should be obvious, otherwise you shouldn't' be in Ships and Modules Forum

No it is not obvious.

And even if everyone could assume your use of the fit, my first and third point are still valid.

I believe you might get slightly better cap life out of a meta MWD. While it takes a little more to actually fire it, the cap penalty for fitting it is less, so you can run whatever other mids longer.

I don't know about the rigs, but you might be better off with something that helps you apply that dps rather than increase the amount on paper. A polycarbon rig might not be a terrible idea either. If you ditch the damage rigs, and change a few other things, you might be able to go without a co-pro.

If like you said, you're rolling with a black ops gang, you should have recons to provide bonused ewar, so you may want to consider bringing something else. Usually a Rapier will neglect to fit target painters in order to get more webs, so that would be a solid choice to apply more of your dps, plus it gives you an easy way to whore on some KMs at range. Plus, they use less CPU than the other ewar iirc, again inching towards losing a copro for something more useful, like a nano.

Point 1 is invalid because no SB fits tank.

Point 3 is invalid because it's not for bombing runs. It has a bomb launcher to suicide bomb if you messed up, as it usually takes the inty with you.
