No, AFAIK if you leave a corp which is war deced (not a mutual war), all that happens is that you are prevented from rejoining that corp for 7 days (or untill the end of the war - which ever comes first)

They really can't make a mechanic to have war dec follow you out of corp. By default you will revert to an NPC corp so for them to have war dec follow players it would put an NPC corp player under a war dec. Because you don't war dec pilots, you war dec corps, that could get messy.

If someone leaves the a corp under war dec, give every member of the opposing corp kill rights on the deserter for 7 days or whatever.

There, problem solved.
