DiaLatho is a very specialized in Gunnery, and highly trained killer. He has less than 1% wasted sp, and he can fly a titan just needs the skill book. In his current iteration, he would just need the support skills, However, he can fly alot of ships with near max skills, and so perhaps you will want to pair him with a Titan sitter for when you buy your super. Either way he will make somebody very happy, for a very good price.
