One Container to Fit all other Containers.

So there you are playing eve and you dock onto the station and start to drop your stuff off and then when you go to sell some have 30 some containers all for a different use and now you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of your station window just to find the items you just dropped in.

Well i have a solution for this problem. Allow players to have Containers that they can buy and fit into other containers. The only problem is they cannot leave the station as they are too massive/heavy or installed into the station to be transported.

Give us some bogus reasoning that makes sense.

I suggest this so that way people can have 3 or so layers of sorting.

Layer 1 the Biggest (Used as the Catch all)
Layer 2 The Middle 1/10th - 1/25th the size (used to add a layer of sorting.)
Layer 3 the Smallest 1/10th-1/25th the size of the middle size. (Used to place the items you want in them)

Players could have 100-625 levels or sorting depending on how eve decides to do this...

This would allow people so much more ability to not feel cluttered as they dock on the station.

Anyone else agree or have suggestions for this idea?

imho you can do this with station containers (without the levels) and ccp wouldnt be spending resources on thiss which can be used elsewhere



Although that being said i know some people dont like a cluttered hanger, where as i'm a fond fan of the search function in the top right of the menu

The Search Function helps but I'm looking at trying to find a way to make my hangar work better for me and I don't like using 30 containers where as i cant functionally use my hangar to sell items anymore... or allow us to sell items from our containers that are docked at stations xD
