[WTB] Tengu Boosting pilot 3.5b budget

As the title says:

Must be able to fly a Tengu
this means all subsystems preferably to at LEAST IV
ability to use T2 Siege Warefare

Other than that, Not much else is needed.

No offense bud but you need to double your budget, 3.5b would maybe get a basic tengu but certainly not any with leadership trained, as for having t2 links, well, I guess it never hurts to ask but I can't see that happening.
