Plan:

Step 1: Acquire 1,000,000 isk from all players
Step 2: Have 25bil in wallet assuming 25,000 players.
Step 3: ????
Step 4: Profit vindicators

(For those too stupid to get the pun, profit is pro fit without the space, so I'm going to pro fit vindicators with 25bil of mods and go win eve kthxbai.)
