does somebody have developped a dynamic page that would display in a web page all sell orders (or some only, with parameters like "only from region x or station y or only faction modules etc), with selectable too column to display for one or more character, that would update alone daily.

There are many web sites that already let you do that but no you won't find any standalone code that just does a single page like that.
