As the title states I'm looking to buy a Minmatar and Gallente Speced Pilot. Minimal Wasted SP.

What I'm looking for:

Arrow Battlecruiser 5
Arrow Minmatar: Frig, Cruiser, Battleship 5
Arrow Gallente: Frig, Cruiser, Battleship 5
Arrow Amarr BS/Cruiser 5 is also welcome.

Attention (Astarte/Sleipnir Capable)
Attention (Mach/Vindi Capable)

Arrow Blackops/Marauder capable is a plus

Arrow Small: Projectile and Hybrid Weapons
Arrow Medium: Projectile and Hybrid Weapons
Arrow Large: Projectile and Hybrid Weapons

Attention Cybernetics 5

Not all of this is required but this gives you a good idea what I am looking for. Looking for sub cap spec but if he/she can fly Carrier/dread that's fine.

Sec status is not an issue.

Willing to entertain all offers. Send any ingame offers to 'Az Tek'

Would only give you 18-20 bil for that toon. He's not bad. But to have 80+ Sp his gunnery and spaceship command is slacking.
