WTT Starter Hulk Pilot for something with Amarr Cruiser 5 already

Wasted skills are for being able to fly a Battleship for POS defense and a Drake for WH anomolies.

Character is perfect for a WH alt, gas harvesting 5, decent PI skills, and can almost fly a T2 Drake(minus launchers). Otherwise, will make a pretty decent starter for a Hi Sec mining operation (has good enough shield skills for low/null mining and can survive sleepers for quite some time in a Hulk depending on what class the anomaly is).

I am looking for either a Legion pilot or Gaurdian pilot. Will put isk on top of my character if the pilot has a lot more SP.

Will sell if and only if a b/o of 2bil is reached, PLEX prices are too high to sell it for anything less. Would rather work out a trade.

The skills this character has would take 3months to train, and if you only consider the mining skills, a little over 2 months. I'm not sure how you base and/or consider your pricing but I go purely by what it would take to remake it. 2-3 PLEX to train all skills over again, and 2 PLEX to transfer it.
