I would be willing to make a 9B B/O offer. This is a supurb character, and while I have the 10 billion Isk to buyout, its all I have and I would like to be able to fully outfit him if I were to obtain the character. I could possibly go to 9.2 I suppose. I currently have a character transferring so If I had the privilege to win him over it would be a few hours until I could accept him. Thanks and good luck mate!
