I need an Alt to do scanning. Looking for near perfect scan skills and it need to be able to fly a covert ops.

Good luck on that... :/ doesn't seem anyone is selling them at the moment.

Savage has scanning skills to level 4 can fly a cov ops buzzard, and in 16 hrs will finish cloak.
