Highlights of this character:

Cybernetics level five.
Great leadership pilot! Armored Warfare Spec, Siege Warfare Spec, Skirmish Warfare Spec, Warfare Link Specialist, and Wing Command all at level five.
Three T3 cruisers for boosting! Loki, Legion, and Tengu, with matching jump clones for each with implants. Needed subsystems at level V.
Command ships at level 4!
Great Scanner pilot as well, so you can hunt your target while your boosting your main!
Three type of Logistics ships!
Orca, Charon Freighter, Caldari Transport ships, Hulk pilot!
PI skills for passive income!
R&D science skills for more passive income! Collect datacores and farm them once a year if you want!

You know that skillpoint is time, and it's easy to convert time to ISK with PLEX ?
This page do this. You have 50% SP in industry (low price) and 50% SP in combat (more value).

Appraisal : 7,5 B plus 1 B with your implanted alts. I propose you 9B : nice offer indeed

I'm not a fool... (I bought Coolhands with 36 M SP around 8B...)
