Tengu warp bug

I recently lost a Tengu to a bug. After I hit 25% remaining shield, I attempted to warp out of a 6/10 DED in null. No webs or scrams were on me at any point. The tengu acts as if it was going to warp, the graphic for warping appears around the tengu, but it sits still, after a few seconds the warp bar resets to half, and before it can refill again my tengu explodes.

I put in a petition to CCP, then started asking my alliance members about it, two other people I know of hav elost thier Tengu's to the same glitch. Has anyone else?

I had the exact same thing in my Raven tonight.

It was clear and I was in good time to warp out.. the warp started and overview greyed out but warp kept restarting..

I have petitioned it to, it looks really weird.. Mine was in a mission called Tomb Of The Unknown Soldiers.

Same problem encountered.

I also have issues when clicking dock-button. Ship warps to station and after I come back from bio/getting coffee I find my ship still floating outside station.

I have lost Tengu to similiar issue few months ago, and now again in last couple of days lost another Tengu and Retiver.
The problem isn't the loss as it gets reimbursed, but it takes absolutly ages to do, last time I was waiting over 2 weeks for ship reimbursment, and another week for skill reimbursment. This definetly needs some more attention...
