Sov space for rent availble to New Alliances still availble ?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but here goes, Trying to find out if there isany Sov Space to rent for new Alliances still availble ?

Is it only availble to corps that join the alliance renting ?

All referals welcome as i know goons are to be avoided so is there anyone else ?
