cosmic anomalies Vs missions

so i kown the level of difficulty of anomalies by this http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Cosmic_Anomaly\
but it says nothing of there difficulty compared to mission levels is it like a lvl 1-3 anomaly is the same as a level 1 mission or what? i am very familiar with mission difficulty but not anomalies so this is why i am asking

I have not done a lot of missions so I cant be sure but I have done all the anomalies and I cant imagine a sanctum being much harder than the hard L4s, you can basically do them in any decent PvE ship.

I think the anoms used to be harder, but in general the anoms are just as easy dumb and predictable as missions. If your looking for more of a challenge try the ded sites and hidden plexs. They tend to drop you in at bad ranges swarm you with blobs of npcs, but they are higher reward too. Typically you find them in lowsec and 0.0 so it adds that much more danger to it.

They aren't hard. A well tanked maelstrom or a decent tanked vargur can handle them like a boss.

Just take care of the management, look who has the highest bounty and kill it last. Drones on small ships and kill BS / Cruiser / BC . End of story.

I recommned:

Maelstrom - Angel
Rokh, Hyperion - Guristas & Serpentis
Paladin, Abaddon - Sansha, Blood

Vargur - FOR ANYTHING ANYWHERE ANYTIME - easy anytime anywhere.

They're not hard, they're just brainless predictable rats.

P.S.: Vargurs can solo tank DED 10/10 withouth a problem this ship is that cool. Get a vargur and everything will seem like a level 1 mission.

Why don't you try running a few anoms for yourself, and discover firsthand? Surely it beats being spoon-fed here, and surely there's a certain frisson in not knowing what lies ahead.

Oh I'm sorry, God forbid we should actually discover something in this game for ourselves. Then again, a lot of newer players (and some older ones, too) have this instant-gratification mentality, where everything has to be had right now, and if not...rawr.

Some people go and smash their head into wall to learn that it was bad idea from the start, though it makes them feel "cool" as they did it "themselves". While others spend some time on gathering intel and deciding how to get rid of that wall Smile everyone has his own ways and has right to do things the way it fits him best
