This character has perfect scanning skills enabling you to find wormholes, anomalies, etc. easily. Need a fleet booster, no problem because this character has perfect leadership skills. 90% of the buyers here are resellers...You need to research before selling and keep firm on the price you want to sell for.
Personally I'm looking to buy to keep but most here are reselling at a big mark up...thats life.
