I have job in remote region that finished long time ago and i dont want to go there just so i can click "deliver"

Is there anyway to scrap the job , i dont care about BPO or result of it.

Nope, as far as I know you have to be within the region, and then you can complete it with scientific networking skill.

You could train scientific networking but that will only get you to being able to end the job from anywhere within that region. This means no matter what you do you will have to got to at least the border of that region to end the job.
