Character sales are fairly subjective. One person could pay 5 billion for a character and the second the character has finished transfered. Could get a offer for 10 billion. It's all about the time it takes to find the right player to sell it to. Otherwise, we can go from more conservative estimates of what a character is worth based on a subjective formula.

If someone has offered you 25 billion for that character. Take it. That is almost twice what a character with those skill points normally gets sold for. Like! Why are you even asking if you have a offer that obscenely large?

I recently sold a character that is better skilled than that. Which flys Gallente, Caldari and Minmatar ships (Tengu, Loki, Proteus). Normaly that character would go for 15 - 17 billion. I sold her for 21. That was only because I was persistent and willing to wait weeks... Again, it's often a matter of waiting for the right buyer who is willing to pay whatever it takes to get what they want. Forumals be damned etc.

I would ignore Character Estimator entirely, it is clearly owned by a reseller and trying to low-ball everyone to the max.
Sadly this will work in too many cases. Sad

No matter how much drivel falls out of it's mouth, its sole purpose is to make itself/it's master rich, rather than give you a fair estimate.

I would take the 25b personally, that is a decent price for the character.
