Fantastic Tengu pilot with everything you could possibly want at level 5. Created solely to fly a Tengu and rat/mission so can't get much better than this for your isk. Great all around skills in fitting, navigation, shields, and missiles. Even comes with 507,000 unassigned skillpoints to top off anything you feel is missing.
