well u can mine on him then move ur ore with him or use as orca booster for corp/alience and then move allthe **** again. and its tradeing skills pritty good so can station trade as well some manufautreing skills. advance manufacture to lv 5

iam starting to train for carrier atm on him long way to go i know.

6.5bil would rather just keep training him for carrier and use him for lv 5s when he is ready

He only needs to find a buyer that wants one of those (the loki booster) to get 8-9b+.
Given that the reseller above has offered 6.5b (add at least 2b for his profit margin) that starts to sound quite reasonable.

Shame you have no offensive skills of note though.
Personally I'd forget carriers and at least get those Loki subs up, as that is your current main selling point imo.

PS: I'd search through past 'loki booster' sales to get a better picture of your value.
