POS in NPC held null sec?

It is my understanding that certain null sec systems such as 8G-MQV in Curse have sovereignty held by NPC factions (Angel Cartel in this case).

Further more that this sovereignty is unconquerable (unlike the rest of 0.0) somewhat akin to empire space.

My question is does any one know how the POS anchoring mechanic would work in such a system? Is it even possible? Has anyone reading this, succeeded or even attempted such a thing?

I’ve noticed there are no listings for Angel Cartel star base charters, suggesting that it would not work like it does in empire space.

I ask out of general curiosity, I am not considering an attempt at such an endeavor. Even if it is possible it seems like it would be a completely impractical undertaking (but that seems like a topic for another day).

Any input would be most appreciated.

You can anchor POS everywhere in 0.0/low-sec/wh space or High sec till 0.7 no matter what sov.
You only need charters for High sec anchored POSes.

I always thought that in 0.5 to 0.7 you needed certain standings and star base charters. 0.8+ in empire you can’t anchor a control tower.

true in .5-.7 you need faction charters i believe it is so even in .4, but in anything lower pos is free to be loped down and blown up so you gotta be careful where you drop your tower cause in a heavy trafficked system kiss it byebye

So if you can just drop a POS down in one of these NPC 0.0 systems, why would you? Are there any advantages/reasons to do so? And has any one ever actually done it?

Is System Sovereignty needed to anchor a Jump Bridge?

The "Miscellaneous" section of the Jump Bridge array states that "Anchoring Requires Infrastructure Upgrade - Advanced Logistics Network".

Could be wrong but doesn't the Infrastructure upgrade require a Infrastructure Hub, and the Infra Hub can be anchored only in systems your have sovereignty in?

you need the Advanced Logistics Network upgrade, so he needs sov ofr a jb. Even before i-hubs and the sov changes you had to have sov. Jump bridges never worked in npc space.
