Eve returning stupid error message and failing to launch

I keep getting an error message when i try and lauch eve. it tells me to run the repair tool. did it and still doesn't work. I have this problem alot and sometimes it will fix itself and well now it won't. any ideas? i've already run the repair tool multiple times. cleared out the bulk data. restarted my comp. run as administrator. check compatability and still nothing. I'm paying for this damn game and I can't play it when i want to.....

my launcher messed up yesterday. rather than pull my hair out i uninstalled the game and done a clean install.....job done all running now.

try running your game by going to the ccp/eve/bin folder and run exefile.exe, this should run your game

running it from the bin folder worked thnx. i'm going to redownload the client and see if that fixes it
