i am currently setting up a lottery website, need someone with PHP/API skills to help me out, it might take a couple of days of coding, and i am planning to spend 5-7B isk.

If your making a whole lottery site it wont take "a couple of days" maybe a couple of weeks at the minimum...

If its just consultancy + a few bit of code here and there PM me.

I've already made an entire lottery site (that people can sign up to and create their own lotteries, with loads of features) so I know what it entails :)

God I still need to go back and finish it...
