Need help with Akemon missions agent

Hello, guys.
I'm trying to start Akemon Tolan agent missions but having problems with it.
First of all, I took pain and made 9.0 Amarr Empire Standing which is more than enough for Akemon Tolan if to believe google. So I check info on the agent and it shows available, I go to the guristas complex, clear the damn place and when I try to talk to the agent he says: "I'm sorry I have no missions available for you".
I was wondering if there were prerequisite missions or something else I need to do? All I find in the internet says: " You need standing 7.0+" and mission descriptions.

Thank you for the answer. I'll take a look at my standings as soon as I log in. But i'm pretty sure I have 8.5++ unmodified Amarr Emprire standing so it's time for a petition.

Today I received an answer to my petition. My question was about the agents Akemon Tolan and Zabonn Michie.

Hello,

It looks as if those agents are broken. The first mission in their chain is not allocated to them. :-/

So unfortunately it seems that until this is fixed, these agents can not used.

I have Cosmos Agents say that a lot - I'm sorry, I have no missions available for you. Escalate your petition to Senior GM and file a bug report. Lot's of Cosmos Agents are broken now and need activation by GM.

I had quite a few Cosmos Agents activated by GM. Also had 2 Agents refuse GM activation and 1 other Agent would only start mission offer with 2nd mission of 4 part series.



GM said Cosmos Agent standing requirement for access was reverted back to old agent quality level standing shortly after 'Agents Made Easy' expansion.

Old Standing Requirement

Most Cosmos Agents are quality 0 . There's a few with - and + quality level. This guide has old standing requirement ( http://www.hb3.info/cosmos/ ) with last update on March 21, 2008. That was long before the 'Agents Made Easy' expansion.

Amarr:

Akemon Tolan = Level 4 Quality +20
Ammargal Detrone = Level 4 Quality +20
Bartezo Maphante = Level 3 Quality -20
Manel Kador = Level 1 Quality -20
Sheroz Amokin = Level 4 Quality -20
Zach Himun = Level 4 Quality +20
Zar Forari = Level 4 Quality +15
