Wanted to take a moment to thank all of our customer!

Since we raised the price on may 1st, we completed over 1200 contracts! You guys are still around, and our pilot are working harder than ever!

we've got some impressive stat because of that, nearly 80% of the contract done under 12h, and 95% that got completed over 24h. Only 3 got over the dreaded 48h.

we'll continue thru this weekend to work hard to keep the stats this way!

And there's always room for pilot wanting to get a better pay check... :)

I've used your fine service for a very long time, moving minerals from Jita elsewhere. However, with current mineral price increase, it became nigh impossible to break my mineral basket into 86000000 m3 chunks without breaking 1b collateral. Is it possible to have collateral increased to at least 1,25b so that it would be easy once again to split minerals into fully loaded chunks?

unfortunatly, the max collateral is there for a reason, it's the threashold that keep the ganker at bay.

it's also a mental limit that pilots are willing to risk.

Theses days, everytime we come out with a 1b load, it's nearly 2.3b worth of stuff we put at the hand of gankers! :)

I was one of the people who had a failed contract due to an awox recently (contract was issued by a different character of mine). I was shocked when it happened, because I've used their services many, many times, and I had become accustomed to the courier contracts always being completed. RF was very professional even during such a weird situation. That awox reminded me how much risk is involved in their business.

There are cheaper ways of moving stuff than Red Frog (as well as Blue Frog and Black Frog), but the speed and reliability of their services is well worth the higher price to me. It's always nice to see their cyno pilots in the system you're expecting a delivery in. :D

Red frog have never let me down. I have even used black frog and am always impressed with their services.

Today they completed an unusual contract for me an I have been very satisfied with the speed, and dedication to professionalism which I believe stems form the good example set but those at the top.

Just had my first experience with Red Frog Freight on my alt today; perfect delivery within a few hours of contract going up, good stuff. I'll be using RFF again, well worth a few mill isk... congrats on a professional operation guys :)
