your char is well spec'd but will take time to actually fly in combat to a respectable level. No gunnery of note same with faction frigate, cruiser, b/s... so my offer remains 6 bill.

30m in support skills is going to be a hard sell, not just for noobs, for anyone.

somebody will want exactly this, but waiting for it will take a long while.

until then, average people looking at this char will want to spend no more than 8b tops.

suggest lowering your b/o to the price of your starting bid if you actually want to sell.

A lot of the skills you have trained make the character actively worse. Afterburner makes the cycle time longer which is bad because your afterburner completely fucks with your align time, when manually piloting you want to exploit the cycle ends for quick turns and warpouts. This guy will never be able to do that. Tactical shield manipulation does the same, if you're shield tanked you want armour bleed because you want your shields to hold so your resists keep getting applied and your shield regen per second stays as high as possible.

My advice, pod this guy a bunch of times with no clone rather than keep training it.
