Okay guys and gals I'm looking for a character with a large number of skill points. Must have the following:

AttentionT2 weapons (hybrids & projectiles)
AttentionPerfect Gunnery Support skills
AttentionArmor comps to Lvl V
AttentionShould have core competency elite

Capital pilots are a plus but not a necessity. I would rather have an awesome subcap pilot.
I have an unlimited budget as well so of the character gills my needs then I'll buy him or her.

No wasted SP in industry or research. I want a focused toon please.

Armor comps only to 3, but take a look, it's specialized for Lokis and AHACs
