Was out roaming in a Myrmidon when I got tackled by a Proteus. Upon aggro'ing him, he logged his main on in a Vindicator and jumped a corpmate in with a Macheriel. I managed to deaggro and jump, informed my corpmates what was up and their first reaction was

"Want to black ops them?"

Result

Falcon use was necessary in order to prevent the Vindicator from instant-popping all our bombers.

Not neccisarily the best pvp corp in eve (if you think the two are same, you're an idiot), but in terms of:

doing what they advertise
corp atmosphere
scope for a player to develop
activity
stability
fun

you'd struggle to find a corp that out-does them in even half of that list. they're pretty open about what their day to day is, the only reason a succesful applicant won't find tuskers a good match is if they ignore what tuskers advertise themselves as and join expecting something else from a corp. they're Ronseal, 'does exactly what it says on the tin'.

why'd i leave? because i'm a chronic 'grass is always greener' guy, always will be Big smile let it be said that having tasted a lot of what eve has to offer, Tuskers grass is pretty damned green.

It all started with 5 man gang roaming though my space. They had 2 Machs, Tornado, Falcon and a (boosting) Tengu. Plan was to tackle their foward (scouting) Mach cus he was agressing on station. We finally scramed him on station so i came with my carrier for Reps cus his buddies jumped in at same time. He tanked pretty well but finally he died. They killed the Mach wreck before we could loot it :( At that point we thought the show was over but that other Mach chilled out at 250 off the station so i probed him & tackled him. This mach tanked also pretty well but not for long. When he was in structure falcon warped at to us at zero & lite cyno. Triage Chimera came through when the Mach exploded. I got loot :P. The Chimera repped the falcon for one cycle & i think his plan was to jump after one cycle again. But we got tackle on him again while the falcon eventually died. The Tornado that was left was watching the scenery from the station 250 off. He played no role at during whole engagement. At that point it was only 1 carrier left & we thought we could handle it. We got the Chimera to armor when he also lite cyno & a Thanny came through. We kept shooting for a while but with almost no effect. After like 10min the rest came through so we decided to leave field. Tracking Moros killed one drake & a geddon from us while they were getting out of the bubble i anchored earlier on the chimera. Pretty intense fight. Good stuff. Never heard of that corp before.

I really dunno as I was away for 2 months or so and when I got back there wasnt much activity, some of the guys were playing other games and the lil rest left since it wasnt much activity. Some of the guys have returned to the game again so we'll see how this goes, but atm we are a very small corp with like 4-5 active members.
