What do you get when you get a hulk cross with a Hyperion... ship breading

As heard from a pod cast some where I hope there comes a day where a player can design modified ships by cross breading ship plans. to eventually be able to make a tech 2+ ship by taking the elements of other ships and putting them on a hull to make a special unique ships

Ie A Roch that used strip miners and but has no turrets and no bonuses to Hybrids. Has a larger cargo bay but has no drones.

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

I'd like to breed a titan with a frigate so titans will now have the dps and tank of a frigate but the align time and speed of a titan.

The point in this suggestion in surprisingly null. Most ideas generally have one redeeming quality, but this, this is just awful.

The Caldari put business before pleasure. The Gallente put business in pleasure.

No. It's a horrible idea and you should feel ashamed. Not only would this be a database and programming nightmare, it would also be completely un-balancable and horribly broken on so many levels.

btw, NAASA is still launching rockets, planetary probe, satellites, and (relatively) deep space probes,

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.

Really, I do understand the impulse behind this suggestion, but this is a multi-player game and it just wouldn't work in this environment.

Jade Cocoon was one of the best games I ever played.

Why do people constantly over look T3, then suggest things that are basically T3 without even checking to see if they're in game? I don't even fly T3, but this is almost exactly that. I don't know of a mining subsystem persay, but the modular selection is exactly what the OP wants... and it's been in game for how long now?
