I had always though that it would be cool to have drones that you could fit weapons onto, including mining drones. Like if there was a drone that you could fit a strip miner onto it. Idea

Yeah, but drones that you could fit like ship lasers onto. It most likely will not happen but i thought it was a good idea. A mining drone with a strip laser would get like 2x the yield of a regular drone.

Wouldn't that make all existing drone classes redundant?

Space. It seems to go on and on forever. But then you get to the end and a gorilla starts throwing barrels at you.

How about a drone that searches the forums for you? I mean, you're pretty obviously incapable of doing it yourself.

That's not as funny as it should be. On a scale of 1 to 10, one being my face and ten being Walter, I'd give it a 3.

For relevance, I must imply that this is a horrible, horrible idea.
The only way a modular drone would work is if it were Tech 3 and it had subsystems.
That would be interesting.

But this thread makes me wish I had a puppy.

The Caldari put business before pleasure. The Gallente put business in pleasure.

I always wanted drones that transformed into a ship + fit of choice, controllable as drones. And of course, these hips should have drones them selfs with identical abilities. That way I could solo control a fleet of infinity ships with infinity DPS, and you get the idea ;)
