Import/Export Client Profile

I'd like to see a UI for importing/exporting the entire client cache that sits in appdata into a file/archive.
So basically stores client settings as well as character-specific UI variables (window size/position, neocom content, overview settings, browser bookmarks etc).

This would be especially useful for those moving an installation to another machine or directory, or if your disks die. It would also save multiboxers a lot of heartache.

Now I know you can just backup your appdata directory but AFAIK if there's a UI update then some or all of the cache needs to be refreshed or deleted entirely (like the Crucible patch a few month ago that wiped pretty much everything), and I doubt the client will work properly with an old cache. If we had this functionality it would create a version independent copy of your settings that we can re-apply to a fresh cache.

Also it will be exposed in the UI to those less pc-savvy. The best place to implement this would obviously be in the launcher.

An extension to this would be to allow the launcher to load a specific profile on client startup, so we could load a client profile for each character. Adding a launcher.exe parameter can allow us to make shortcuts that load different settings for each character. That way, as an example, multiboxers won't need multiple EVE directories just to save from moving the client over to their other screens, just different shortcuts Cool
