This is an elaborate plan me and some random dude concocted that if CCP stayed true to non-intervention, speil. would be one of the most diabolical ever implemented. This will be in listed step format as any other method would be impossible for me to convey.

Steps:
1. Attain constellation with a deep dead-end structure with a station at the dead-end(This station will need lots of belts).
2. Clear the market of any combat module/ship in that station, including blueprints.
3. Open a Corp that is +5 to the alliance holding the station.
4. Set Station so +6 or higher is needed to access the medical facility.
5. ****-cage the only gate of the dead-end system 300+km in each direction.
6. Set up extremely cheap buy-orders for minerals in the station.
7. Recruit miners into the alliance and walk them through setting their clone at the dead-end system(Offer them awesome incentives if needed).
8. Once they are in the system, give them a mining ship, kick them from the alliance corp, and invite them to the +5 corp.
9. Place combat ships on the exit gate killing any miners that try to escape, sending them back to the station.
10. Profit off the effort of your seriously under-paid slave-miners.

11. If morale becomes an issue. seed the market with really cheap core probe equipment/skillbooks, but VERY expensive probes (Think 4-5 bil per probe)

12. If you system runs out of roids, ****-cage the gate in the next system and let your miners spread their legs into the second system(This can be used as a motivational tool).

13. Win EVE

I don't believe there is anything wrong with my plan as far as mechanics go. The only variable is if CCP would grant their stuck petitions.

There are usually real people operating all these mining bots.

You, sir, are gifted with a ruthlessness that rivals that of the Robber Barons of early capitalism.

I applaud you.

Replace one problem by utilizing the elements of another problem. I like it. Sounds like Eve Online.

So is this the final solution?

Cage them up in a matrix like minning system, where we feed from them?

Its elegant.

I thought this was some kind of mediocre idea that has already been done many times before, until I got to step 9. You've won me over at that point, and I salute you. This is one of the more amazing things anyone here has suggested.

Some theoretical problems need to be addressed, though. First, it would be difficult to keep a constant blockade up. Not impossible, just difficult. Second, there would still be the issue of contraband. People would start to sneak covert ships into the system with stuff to put on the market, undercutting your probes. Or they would simply use those covert ships to escape your blockade.

I wrote some true EVE stories! And no, they're not of the generic "my 0.0 alliance had lots of 0.0 fleets and took a lot of 0.0 space" sort. Check them out here:

Find the queen, and force her to sign the treaty. This will legitimize your trade blockade, viceroy.

They don't have access to the medical facility.
