It is a T2, so the stacking is on the 4. HS instead of the rig. In general there aren't so many options for the slot with the 4. HS. More tank wasn't useful(I mostly did fall asleep doing Logi in the blitz gangs, so yeah), TE also stacks heavy, signal amp wasn't so useful for me, having mostly issues with lag/ping that rendered the extra lock speed kind of useless.

In the end I did went for max dps, since it speeds stuff up and can make the difference in competing sites(what often happened). Other people in the gangs did go with T2 locus and metastasis rigs + trimark, then again the T2 rof rig adds a fair amount of DPS compared to this and the extra range was far more useful in NMCs or OTAs than in NCOs. In my opinion it mostly comes down to personal taste and a bit what you do most with the setup(all kind of sites or totally designed around the one thing you do the most).

On my other legion what I use for plexing I run a T2 optimal rig, since a bit more range is always handy and since you need a PG rig if you want to use a capacitor subsystem and 6 guns you wouldn't have the calibration points for a T2 rof rig anyway.
