Hi.
I live in a low sec and I see from time to time reinforced Custom Offices. I've shot once an office but I never tried (neither my corpmates) to gain control over tax from planets.
Here are my questions:
1. How much isks per month per one office earn a corporation (lets say 17% tax). Is it profitable?
2. How much from low security planets, how much from null and w-space?
3. What type of planets potentialy could give the best tax (i.e.gas, temperate etc.)?

PS. I'm sorry if there are similar topics (I don't have a time to check all the threads). If so please give me a link to older discussions.

I doubt you'll get an answer. If you do, it's unreliable.

I think it's safe to say that your question is too broad anyway. Obviously, some planets are more popular than others. Furthermore, certain areas are busier than others... You'll probably need to try it out to get a good idea of how it will work for you.

I am curious to see an answer to #1 myself as I don't have direct experience in that field yet.

2. The amount you ultimately make will be determined by how many people use it and the volume of goods flowing into and out of it. Finding an attractive location with a reasonable tax rate will probably mean more to profits than null/vs low.

3. Lava, Barren and Storm. You can make all the goods needed for POS fuel from those types. Gas can be popular as an alternative to Storm. Plasmas are also quite popular for their diversity in products and ability to do single-planet rocket fuel.

Temperate, Ocean and Ice seem to be the less popular ones. Barrens also are painfully common, despite their usefulness.

In the cat-and-mouse game that is low sec, there is no shame in learning to be a better mouse.
