As title says, I'd like to do a 15bil bond.

VV Has all the collateral now as stated in below post.


Prefer one person to fill this, but multiple is fine.

30days , though i reserve the right to end it sooner, paying out the full interest if i do.

Contact me in game if you want .etc

Taking investors now, Multiples of 1billion iskies minimum... Like i said if you can cover it all then i <3 you

I confirm I have been contacted by Cookiez Yum for a collateral holding contract.

I have received collateral for 16,710,000,000 ISK already.

I have planned a specific insurance safety for the Investors I will details in some minutes.

This bond will be handled pursuant the Vahrokh Financial Technologies [VAHFT] official Collateral Holding terms plus a set of specific amendments.

The relevant contract is designated as MRVAHFTCH019 and its prospectus is available at this location.


Collateral classification

As per the above contract, the provided collateral has been classed as:

Article V Paragraph 1:

Collateral class: A


Article II Paragraph 1:

Type III.
Liquidation expected readiness: class A.
Collateral market velocity: class 1.


Specific amendments

A specific instrument has been introduced for this contract.


Amendment to article V Paragraph 2:

(iv) Dynamically posted margin against collateral depreciation, based on the marked to market collateral value.


Margin management

Collateral value has been evaluated in a pessimistic scenario.

However, in case the collateral value drops below its nominal value of 15B, the Collateral Holder will issue a Margin Call to the Investee.
The Investee will promptly post enough additional collateral to restore the deposited collateral to above or equal its nominal value of 15B.

The Investee must post the additional collateral within 3 (three) days (EvE time will be used).
If the Investee will fail providing the missing additional collateral in time, the Collateral Holder will proceed with immediate liquidation and will distribute the proceeds to the Investors, in proportion of their investment size, up to the designated nominal value.

Well, despite the scant details, if VV is holding collateral, I'll punt in a billion (1B ISK).

I'd rather keep the guys who reserved smaller ammounts in the bond as i don't like to say no =<

Now that this is full, IF possible could you guys start to send me your isk .

Obviously i know yours depends on the collateral torn .etc so whenever possible for you.
I've told VV that i'm fine with him disclosing the collateral information with you. .etc =]

Collateral class and grade was described in the Collateral Terms I posted above.
I'll ask the Investee in game if (s)he authorizes me disclosing kind and quantity.
