Ok. I left back at the incarna inssurection and returnign now to see if tis wroth to reactivate all my accounts. So can anyoen summazie or point me to threads etc .. what changed.. what caused more fuss.. what shall I rage when my client finally finishes download and I install it?

Well from my point of view things have gotten 100% better since last summer. CCP are actually developing the game now instead of side projects, and things are getting stirred up a bit with the resource changes (means more conflict and more people logging in and losing ships.)

It really depends on why exactly you left. There are still some things about this game that I feel need to be addressed, but I can confidently say that there is a much higher chance of CCP looking at them now than at any time in the last 3 years.

Tier3 battlecruisers.
The Mittani story.

You haven't really missed much, its still the same old EvE.The crucible user-generated changes made some people regain their faith in CCP however....

I would over-stress to not fly what you can't afford to lose. I know its been said for 9 years but this seems like a difficult rule to follow for some people, especially now with hulkgeddon becoming more and more popular.

The inferno expansion is suppose to be a follow up of crucible in regards to war decs, minerals, faction warfare, and fixing annoying UI issues.

PS:

Crucible gave us:

Tier 3 BCs (glass cannons)
Removed rate-of-fire penalty from dessies
Hybrids finally have good dps.
