Second acc login problem with louncher

Hi all.have this problem.1 day ago i play eve perfect,after dt yesterday and update i have problem with my sec acc to get online louncher say:The eve louncher cannot update a directory from which processes are runing.Please close the following proces exefile.exe,Now i can log in 1 acc but not 2,have some problem after i run repair ,get new repair and run it and stil is the some thing.Even did some update but suill the some problem .did i do something wrong or ,,,,oh even i dowload and instal all eve again.Thks

ps;file a peticion but still no response

Oh btw i just try log in sec acc direct from exe file and it works but not with loucher.so something is wrong with louncer or what ever it is.....
