There's a difference between testing patchnotes which only show up in the test server forum and the official Patch Notes for Eve itself. If the OP didn't know about the Test Server forum to look for the modules there, how the heck do you expect him to find the Sisi notes that are in that forum? Orlacc's point, that Sisi changes wouldn't be in the Eve patch notes, is perfectly valid.
