I agree with OP. It is supposed to be a sandbox not an enforcer of stereotypes. And even straight men and women might want to cross dress their character.

CCP has said that supporting cross dressing would take too much development time for such minor feature. There would be a lot of clipping issues etc.. to be fixed since male and female bodies are different enough. (Or something like that, too lazy to find actual dev quote).

Serious.... the editor allows you to generate Holebi's and does it as good as generating hetero's. This is simply down to the fact that holebi's & hetero's look alike, nothing sets m apart save for gender preference (and with it: behaviour)

In short, that what sets Holebi's apart from hetero's is behaviour, not looks. If the chargenerator gave holebi's a different physical appearance from hetero's, that would be discriminatory!

With this in conclusion, I believe OP just tries to stir things up.

You can already make a male character with eye liner, mascara and lipstick. What more do you want?
