Sometimes mail, market, scanner windows come up blank

For example: click on scanner button, the window opens but is blank. Double clicking on the title bar seems to jolt it to life and then it is fine.
This also happens with mail window, market window, maybe a few others.
On the flipside my chat channels are always ok, character sheet seems to always be ok...

I have one Eve installation, opened twice ( two accounts, two monitors )

Anyone else having this type of problem? I would love it if my windows just worked!
