Hi-Sec Miner Looking For Corp

I've been on EVE for many years, although I have been away for some time until recently. Mostly a casual player in hi-sec with 13.5 mil and primarily interested in mining and industry, I have little experience or desire for active PVP (though that could change with the proper support from a good corp). I would like to use my skills to benefit the growth of a fair-sized corp through means of production and supply; I'm not looking to get rich. I have a tanked-out Hulk, a few industrials and several combat ships fitted for mission running.

Although I have never been in low or null-sec, I would consider a move should a good enough offer be proposed. Looking for a corp with a friendly population and tolerance for casual players - I work too much for me to spend many hours at a time on EVE, unfortunately, which is why I've never bothered to look for a corp - until now.

What we're looking for:
• Players interested in a fun, friendly environment
• Motivated team players
• Ability to fly a shield tanked BC (or training for it) in PVP is required.
• Ability to fly a bomber or other T2 frigate (or training for it) is required.
• FC Experience and/or Blackops capability a plus.
• Miners & Manufacturers are welcome as long as they are willing to join in PVP operations when in 0.0.
• All pilots must be willing to train Cyno 4. (Alts for this are fine)
• Pilots must be willing to provide limited api keys for any and all of their EVE accounts.

What do we do:

• Black OPS roams (thus the requirement to be able to at least fly a bomber
• Cap Drops when we find decent targets
• AHAC and Nanohac gangs
• BC Roams
• Super-Happy-Fun-Day frig, destroyer and T1 industrial roams
• Logistics arm is 2nd to none.
• Exploration ops and Wormhole Raids
• When in empire we do incursion ops and level 4 mission gangs
• Paid Orca and Rorqual supported mining ops in empire and null sec.

Would sticking to the lore preclude you from joining a mixed race Caldari hi-sec corp?

EDIT: BTW "lore wise" capsuleers are free entities.
