The Caldari Navy Reserve is a High Security Alliance currently comprising of the following

Caldari Navy Command
Caldari Navy Combat Division
Caldari Navy Industrial Division
Caldari Navy Research and Developement Division
Archer Industrial Enterprise's ( Civilian Branch )

All of the corps work together for the greater good of the Alliance and as such basically form one Large corp and is run as such.
The alliance runs on basic military protocols and has a structured rank system that encourages members to want to be promoted within the corp they are in and the alliance as a whole. At time of posting the alliance is at 50 members and growing daily.

So what can you expect from us

The individual Divisions run operations within themselves daily and as such there is always something going on or something to do. We have a great group of helpful and knowledgable players and a playerbase from day 1 players up to players with in excess of 100 mil SP

Promotion is gained not just by skills but by showing the ability to lead others. Obviously you should meet certain criteria's first such as specific ship fittings but these also give you a goal to work towards

So all you need to do is decide on a path to follow, be it industrial or combat, But once in the division you are in you are not restricted to that division, you may transfer between divisions if you feel your wishing to go another path
