Falcon and ECM configuration

Hi guys,

I'm getting into ECM and Falcons and I need some advice on how to properly fit the ship for scout/fleet support.

Right now, I'm thinking on using something like this:

Quote:
[Falcon, Falcon Prototype Alpha]
Signal Distortion Amplifier II
Signal Distortion Amplifier II
1600mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I

10MN MicroWarpdrive II
Enfeebling Phase Inversion ECM I
Enfeebling Phase Inversion ECM I
'Umbra' White Noise ECM
BZ-5 Neutralizing Spatial Destabilizer ECM
BZ-5 Neutralizing Spatial Destabilizer ECM
ECM - Multispectral Jammer II

[empty high slot]
[empty high slot]
Expanded Probe Launcher II, Core Scanner Probe I
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II

Medium Particle Dispersion Augmentor I
Medium Particle Dispersion Augmentor I

Hornet EC-300 x2

2x Gravimetric because Caldari ships are harder to jam, 2x Ladar because 60% of ships I encounter are Minmatar, 1x Radar with 1x Multispectral at once usually jam Amarr ships nicely, and no Magnetometric because I rarely see any Gallente PvP ships.

Should I distribute the ECM in another way or approach?

Any help will be much appreciated.

first cary all the ECM mods in your cargo. This way you can swap with a carrer or station to what you need. also get the T2 as soon as you can the Meta 4's arn't cheep and falcons do get killed.
As soon as you get ok with the hull get the plate out and put a DCU in instead, it doesn't gimp your speed and aline time. honestly if you get locked you should just warp, and you can also get some smart bombs in then, for the drones you may get to agro you.

also i use memory cell riggs as to not cap out well using the micro warp drive

I wanted to paint my space ship red, but I couldn't find enough goats.

First, thanks for responding and for your advices.

Isn't better to have more ECM range and to stay out of disruptor/scram range? Without the Projector rigs my range drops to 58km, giving less time to react/warp out if target burns mwd to me.

Thanks again.

? my range go's further than my targeting?
hitting them in falloff still works

Personally I'd switch to T2 ECM modules and drop the multispectral mod for a sensor booster (for fleets). 5 slots with ecm mods adjusted to the opponents you are going to face is enough (i.e. 2 gravi for Caldari FOTM ships atm). Additionally I'd go with a cyno...

Meta4 jammers-less cap usage.I think except for the Gravimetrics they cheaper than T2s.Id advise anyway using Meta 4 Amarr jammers at least-few times ive been able to run one with a ball-hair of capacitor after having Curses land on me and squeeze out a jam between neut cycles-gtfo
The 1600 plate is chunky right enough but i lost count number of times that buffer has bought me enough time to fire off an extra cycle of jams/tank a few volleys/not worry about drones...really try and get aligned before you uncloak and go to work.
Multi-specs waste of time.Rigs is preference.Range or strength.Like the 70km+ optimal range with Projector rigs....too many Drakes around-nice to sit just out of range often enough and concentrate on other stuff/save your Gravimetrics for other ECM boats/Cerbs. and the like.

If you flyin it...be ready for the hate o7
