Industry Progression in W-Space

I need some advice on a good progression path for manufacturing and industry in a wormhole.

Ideally I'd like to be able to give a newbie a path they can take if they want to do industry in a wormhole in a way that can make them a profit continuously while slowly increasing the complexity of how they utllize the facilities at an indie POS and in a way that will take advantage of the resources of the wormhole.

Ideally, this would lead them eventually into T3 production near the "endgame".

Anecdotes, guides, skill plans, advice are all welcome.
Thanks

I would start with PI. That in itself can be a whole industry world by itself and the skill requirements are low.

From there, it depends on the wormhole you have. A newbie in a c2 can be a good challenge but a three might be a bit much unless all they are going to do is industry. I would focus on having them contribute to running sites and scanning/hacking/gas mining.

Gas mining is a must for T3 but so are reactions. This isn't skill intensive but requires access to pos management and can be a bear to learn. After they know the sites in the hole and can build up some gas stockpiles, work on reacting that gas to polymer for T3 and market sale.

Mining in general is good but refining sucks and shipping to high sec is a pain. However building ships and some mods (bs, caps, ammo) could add more to look into when coupled with mining.

Finally, T3 is heavy on skills and components. Itll take a long time to get to this level. Doing the above will get them started but the final step would be to build subsystems first then ships. However, a lot of where you go here depends on the level of wormhole. Higher levels get better gas sites you need and the hull relics you'll need. C2 and C1 won't have those.

Hope the helps

As much as I hate to say it industry in a WH isn't ideal. Unless you've got an incredibly sophisticated chain its simpler to just sell the raw materials. That said if you want to do it here's the way. You'll need several large towers, a rorq, and skilled corp members you can brutally exploit for slave labor. Seriously no individual profit from ops, its a ******* mess if you're trying to build. Just take the profits and offer ship replacement/dividend programs.

Ore Mining
Scan and Clear Grav Site > Mine Roids > Compress Ore in Rorq > Transport to Highsec > Sell Ore/Buy Minerals > PROFIT!

Science
Scan and Clear RADAR/MAG Sites > Reverse Engineer Materials > Use Blueprints to Build Subsystems > PROFIT!

Gas Reaction
Scan and Clear LADAR Site > Mine Gas > React Gas > Combine with Sleeper Loot/Ore/Blueprint in Subsystem Construction Array > Transport Finished Subsystems > PROFIT!

PI
Scout Planets > Establish Profitable Chains > Export to Highsec > PROFIT!

Drugs
Import Gas/Regents/Blueprints > React in Biochem Reactor > Build in Drug Lab > Transport to Hi/Lowsec > PROFIT!

Thats pretty much it. If you're in a C5/C6 start bringing caps in to let you blob invaders. Scan constantly and kill anybody who isn't you. Security can't be overestimated, especially if your WH connects directly to K-space. Its not hard as long as you can keep all the cogs spinning at once.
