I can't tell you how refreshing it is to see a "Hey, could someone else double-check my fit" rather than a "hay guyz, some1 give me a fit".

As to your fit, I have a couple comments, but it looks fairly decent

First off, if you have Astrometrics 5 for DSPs, you should be using an Expanded launcher, it's amazingly helpful. See this guide for instructions on how to use them really well.

Second, what kind of sites are you targeting? The fit label makes me think you're just going for Radars, in which case you're probably severely overtanked (955 DPS omni tank). A Med or Small shield booster could probably handle them just fine and would free up your rigs for damage/precision rigs and would help with the CPU issues on the fit (since you're running at 2% over CPU even with all Vs. It would also be a good idea to pick what faction space you plan on exploring and fit resists for those rats.

Edit: also, if you don't know about it yet, you might want to join the Exploration channel in game. A bunch of fellow explorers hang out on there all the time.

I'll immediately go have a look at the guide you pointed me at and thank you for it!

Basically I set up the ship to be able to roam freely and find radar sites (archeological ones seem to me not woth it but I may be wrong and I'll carry an analyzer and tractor beam in cargo bay), including WH space with them sleepers (that's why I designed it with a super tank) but yes, your advice seems very good and I'll gladly swap for a lesser booster to be able to fit the expanded probe launcher.

Hopefully my wife tonight will be sleeping and I'll be joining the exploration channel,

No problem, happy to help.

Also keep in mind that Mag sites were buffed in Crucible (I think, or Crucible 1.5 maybe), so the low/null ones are now worth much more than they used to be.

And also keep in mind that the probing subsystem on a T3 makes probe launchers take 99% less CPU to fit, so an Expanded one only needs 2-2.4 CPU total. The suggestion to switch to a lower shield booster is mostly because overtanking with shiny modules tends to make you a big target (and that oversized booster requires you to fit a 2% CPU implant even with all Vs).

And the mag sites need an analyzer and/or a salvager (depending on the site, there's a listing of them in the sigs list on that site I linked), a tractor beam does nothing in them because you can't tractor spawn containers.

Been working on it a while and the best I could come up with is this one here, it permatanks 426 dps at 41% cap (evehq), does a 213 dps (a bit low). I then can carry slavager and analyzer in bay to be able to dock&swap modules.

I've been trying lots of other setups but it seems to me that if I want a cap stable ship the only way is to use 2xcccII and 1ccc1. The other option is to swap regeneration matrix for a capacitor reservoir and a medium capacior battery to free them rig slots. I'll be working on it this afternoon, thanks a lot!!!

Not on a comp right now, so I can't check it myself, but try trading the L shield booster and EM hardener for a pair of Gistii B-Type small shield boosters (they go for 50M each, so they're cheap) and then putting in an EM rig since it should be fairly stable with the Gistiis.
