Looking for a high Caldari State and Caldari Navy standings character with preferably maxed or near maxed trade skills. Extras are some industrial ship/transport ship/covops ship skills, science for research/inventing, and mechanics for producing/building.

Minimum standing should be 8.0 for Caldari State and preferably 8.0 for Caldari Navy as well.

Budget not really an issue but I expect a reasonable/rational deal.

I do refine with 0-waste. Have the refinings skill and have the standing at the base I am at over 6.66

Nothing but maxed trade and some decent ship skills for covops/transport/industrial are necessary for me. I'm not interested in refining to be honest.

Essentially my priority list is:
1) Maxed or near maxed Trade
2) ship skills
3) character name (it's somewhat important to me)
4) science (for research/inventing)
5) mechanic (for producing/building)

For your character specifically I would probably pay around 4/5b I think.

This character has been sitting around doing basically nothing for too long. I think it's time to let her find a new home where her skills will be put to a better use.
