I am looking to buy a carrier holder toon or near the carrier (navigation skill and bs5) whatever the race.

budget 4/5 Billions

edit: A toon which can fly the carrier (not mothership)

Why not just dock the carrier in station?.... or are you talking about a super carrier? or mother ship as some call them...

Wormhole probably, just needs to enter the carrier and he will probably finish drones skills I suppose

was working towards carrier toon. dunno if it's any good. (drone inter or advanced SC is next skill i tend in inject).
