Personal vs Corporate faction standing

I am considering anchoring a POS in HIsec and know I need my corp to have a 6.0 standing with the NPC holding SOV for the region. My faction for that NPC is higher than my corps, but I am not sure that if I get MY faction up above 6 whether or not I will then be able to anchor the pos (In that hi sec region).

I remember there being something about the corp's faction being based on all of it's members overall faction standing. Is this correct?

If so, If I made a 1 person corp, would my corps faction always equal mine?

yes, it's corp standing, not personal.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Yes google is working fine, But I was wanting clarification in the subject of PERSONAL faction and it's affect on the corporations overall faction. On this matter google was not as clear cut.
